About DEA

The Dublin Educators' Association is the teacher's union representing over 1,100 Dublin teachers, counselors, tutors, and nurses.

DEA prides itself for being able to represent the awesome teachers in our district and provide them with benefits, services, and various opportunities while continuing an extremely positive relationship with the District's administrators and the community of Dublin. This respectful and professional relationship has provided a win-win-win-win environment for the Dublin teachers, the district, the community, and most importantly the students to whom we have dedicated our lives.

DEA members have contacted legislators regarding political issues which may negatively impact our livelihood and our schools. We have also collected tens of thousands of books for needy children across Ohio, and spent countless hours outside the classroom working with and for the Dublin children.

DEA looks forward to continuing our work to improve education for the students and community of Dublin by communucating with our members and educating the public about the importance of education. The leadership of DEA is honored to serve the best teachers and students in the state.
